How do I activate my Mobile Banking service ?
To avail ADC Bank's IMPS service, the customer needs to:
- Visit his/her home branch and fill up the Value Added Services form.
- Provide valid id proofs for verification.
Once the customer details are updated in bank records, the customer will be provided a PIN MAILER. (which contains a first time log in password i.e. MPIN) PIN will be sent to the customer address from ADC Bank.
To avail the services of IMPS, customer needs to activate the Mobile Banking services.

Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) enables you to instantly transfer funds online from your bank account to other bank accounts using MMID. This service is available 24x7 through Mobile Banking. This service is brought to you by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in collaboration with member banks.
All resident current and savings account holders of the bank who are registered for Mobile Banking are eligible for this service.
MMID stands for Mobile Money Identifier. MMID is a 7 digit code issued by participating banks to their customers for availing IMPS. MMID is issued to only those customers whose preferred mobile number is registered with the bank.

OTP stands for One Time Password generated by customer at the time of making payments at merchant websites via IMPS. It is a six digit number valid for a single transaction (success or failure).
MPIN is 4 digit numeric password, which is used to authenticate your financial or non-financial transactions.
Depending on the facility provided by the sender bank, you need to share your 10 digit preferred mobile number registered with ADC Bank and the 7 digits MMID of your ADC Bank account or your bank account number and IFSC.
IMPS fund transfer can be done in the following ways:
Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) is a 7 digit code issued by the bank to the customer for availing IMPS service. MMID is issued to only those customers whose preferred mobile number is registered with the bank. A customer will have different MMIDs for different accounts and all these can be linked to a single mobile number.
