AADHAAR Card linked Savings Account

To enable our customers receipt of “Cash Subsidy” and other benefits directly from Government, bank has started opening of “Savings Account with AADHAAR Card linkage”.

Procedure for linking “AADHAAR CARD” to Savings Account.

I). For existing accounts
a. Provide a self-attested xerox copy of AADHAAR Card and provide original AADHAAR card for verification to the bank.
b.Submit a mandate to link “AADHAAR” number with Savings Accounts.

II) For opening of new accounts of those already have AADHAAR Card.
a. Open a new savings account.
b. Provide a self-attested xerox copy of AADHAAR Card and provide original AADHAAR card for verification to the bank.
c. Submit copy of PAN / Form 60 / 61.
d. Also submit a mandate to link AADHAAR number with Savings Account.

III) For those who have not yet applied for AADHAAR Card.
a. Open savings account.
b. While applying for AADHAAR Card, mention bank details, i.e bank name, branch, account number, IFSC code and tick in the box to link bank account to AADHAAR.
c. Submit a mandate to link AADHAAR number with savings account when you receive AADHAAR number.
