  • Electricity Bill

  • Recognized Employer’s Letter / Salary Slip
  • Bank A/c Statement with Address
  • Any letter from Government with address.
[D] For Partnership Firm
  • Copy of Partnership Deed
  • License of Gumasta Dhara
  • Electricity Bill of Office / Shop
  • Registration Copy
  • Photo Id of all partners as per [B]
  • Address proof of all partners as per [C]
  • Copy of PAN card of the firm if available.
[E] For Company
  • Articles of Association
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Board Resolution
  • Photo ID proof & Address proof of the authorized person who will operate the account.
[F] For HUF
  • Declaration of Members
  • Photo, Photo ID proof & Address ID proof of all the members.
